Please book only one appointment even if you are collecting more than one passport.
Please bring your current passport for cancellation before your new passport will be handed to you.

For applicants less than 2 years old - passport is valid for 2 years.
For applicants aged 2 - 18 years old - passport is valid for 5 years.
If you are BELOW 18 years old, you and both parents must be present or the application will not be accepted.

If the applicant is below 18 years old, the applicant and both parents MUST be present at the Danish Embassy or the application will not be accepted.

Your appointment date cannot be the next 3 working days from TODAY'S date.
Approval from the Danish Police is required. Please email to sinamb@um.dk to request the embassy to provide the list of documents required to obtain the approval from the Danish Police. Approval takes 1 - 2 working days.

Please select this option if you ONLY want a passport extension. If you require a passport extension and a passport renewal, select Renewal of passport.

The validity of an extra passport cannot be extended.

If passport extension is done together with a renewal of passport, only one passport fee is charged. If you require only the passport extension, the fee payable is the same as the passport fee.
